Featuring an Empress body with a highly figured maple top, 3pc maple neck-thru construction, 24-fret ebony fretboard, Spector locking bridge, all black hardware, custom tuners, and a brass nut, this bass already starts out as a mean machine. Add to that the custom airbrushed squid graphic, done by hand on each bass, and you're talking about something even more surreal than just a badass bass - this is a work of art that will have a unique 3-dimensional look! But it doesn't stop there - this bass is loaded with EMG 40DC pickups and a Darkglass Tone Capsule preamp. To top it off, the truss rod cover is adorned with the Darkglass Electronics logo, further sealing the deal of the intimate collaboration between Spector and Darkglass to bring forth this incredible package of tone!
