Shipping & Returns


We offer free FedEx Ground shipping to customers in the Continental US on most items. Please read item descriptions to see if free shipping is not an option. If not, feel free to contact us about an exact shipping quote for the item you are interested in. Customers outside of the Continental US or those wanting expedited shipping would be required to pay the actual shipping costs.

If a customer prefers a different method of shipment other than FedEx Ground, the customer would be responsible for the exact shipping costs.




We offer a 7-day return on most items we sell, excluding used and consignment items. If an item does not fall within our 7-day return policy, it will be noted in the description of the item. Any item returned must be returned in the exact condition it was shipped in, with original packaging used to ship the item to the customer. The 7-day period starts on the day the item is received by the customer. If a return is necessary, the customer must contact us indicating us of the intended return and provide us a tracking number before the 7-day period expires. The custom must also incur the costs of shipping the item back to us. At that time, the refund amount would be the full purchase price of the item minus our exact cost of shipping the item to the customer.
