This bass features an exceptional Music Loft Select Chestnut Burl top over a Walnut body with an Alder tone block. The 3-piece Hard Rock Maple neck is topped with a beautiful Flamed Ebony fretboard that is adorned with Chestnut dots and is outfitted with blue Luminlay side dots. This bass is loaded with the Fodera/Duncan Dual Coils covered in matching Chestnut burl with a Flamed Ebony ramp. Early Chestnut builds from Fodera became the things of legend and lore, with a mid/late-90's one selling used recently for $26,500! So when the opportunity arose to bring this legendary wood combo to life, we had to make that happen. And in true Fodera fashion, every detail about this bass is exceptional in every way - both visually and sonically.
