In October of 2024, we travelled to Paul Reed Smith Guitars to spend a day in the Private Stock Wood Vault to select wood kits for a handful of exceptional Private Stock builds. This is the first of those builds to arrive to our store. This stunning Private Stock DGT features a very dramatic Wild West Coast Curly Maple top finished in Dirty Blonde Glow over an African Ribbon Mahogany body finished in Antique Natural Toner. The highly-figured Ziricote neck is topped with a Ziricote fretboard which is adorned with PRS's Original Birds inlay package. We hand-selected these woods to provide an instrument that isn't just stunning in appearance, but also provides a wide breadth of tones and a inviting and rewarding playing experience.
