This stunning bass cannot be accurately captured in photos. The color is just too rowdy and bright. This bass is extra special in a lot of ways. First off, this bass is another example of the custom builds we are doing with Spector USA to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of The Music Loft. This bass is also a custom build for rising Spector artist Daisy Pepper. Many of you know who Daisy is, and her discerning taste for premium instruments. But Daisy knew that when it was time to have a custom dream bass made that The Music Loft delivers dreams beyond expectations. This bass is exactly that. Based off the color Daisy was hoping for, we happened to have the perfect piece of Buckeye Burl reserved that was ideal for the job. Finished in a Purple to Aqua Blue reverse burst, this top just explodes with color and figure. The Swamp Ash body has been weight-relieved and stained a super bright pink - yet another color our camera couldn't fully capture. The 3pc maple neck is stained purple to pink to keep the bright colors flowing throughout the entirety of the bass. The ebony fretboard is adorned with Daisy's logo as a custom inlay done in Mother of Pearl. The matching Buckeye Burl headstock is also adorned with a Mother of Pearl log inlay and a flame maple truss rod cover stained pink. The EMG 40DCX pickups have also been covered in flame maple stained pink. Those pickups feed into the Spector HAZ preamp, wired at 18-volts. To round it all out, this bass is decorated with gold hardware and luminlay side dots for easy of visibility while on dark stages. This was a very intricate build that required a lot of oversight to ensure we accomplished everything Daisy hoped for, and then some. The final piece of the equation that makes this bass extra unique is the serial number - 666! Serendipity, indeed.
