Serving up a warm, heritage-inspired voice and subtle, elegant aesthetics, this custom Gold Label Super Auditorium features an uncommon pairing of premium tonewoods. An Alaskan Yellow cedar top yields a fast attack, clear top end and rich harmonics, while Indian rosewood adds deep lows, shimmering highs and a sophisticated overtone character, adding up to a sound that’s powerful, articulate and beautifully balanced across the spectrum. Players can expect impressive volume, sustain and resonance thanks to our fanned V-Class interior bracing and long-tenon Action Control Neck, which enables fast and easy string height adjustments. A selection of shell appointments adds touches of opulence from lower bout to peghead, including Cap and Pointer inlays rendered in Hawaiian koa and paua, koa and paua top trim, a script-style paua Taylor logo, paua rosette, and ebony bridge pins with abalone dots.
